What is CEWR?

CEWR stands for the Coalition for Equitable Water Rates. The CEWR is a coalition of ratepayers formed specifically for the purpose of fighting the recently proposed massive rate increase by Canyon Lake Water Service Company (CLWSC). The Coalition for Equitable Water Rates (CEWR) represents 10,000 of your neighbors - CLWSC's ratepayers who should all agree to fight this enormous rate request and help us to action now.

Donate RIGHT NOW to help us win the FIGHT!!

Donating is the most effective way to help us to help you, and stop the Canyon Lake Water Service Company from unreasonably increasing your water rates.

Say NO to a 71% increase!

The proposed water rate increase requested by CLWSC consists of a 71% rate hike comprised of two scheduled implementation dates. The first part of the increase (38%) went into effect on October 27th. The second half of the increase (33%) was scheduled to go into effect on March 15th. These increases would amount to $550 in the first year alone, and a whopping $2750 extra after 5-years!
